1. Program Overview

The Marketing Accelerator Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions for referring paid members to Marketing Accelerator’s Inner Circle & Elite memberships. Commissions are not awarded for free community signups.

By joining this program, affiliates agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 25% lifetime recurring revenue on all paid Inner Circle & Elite memberships referred.
• Recurring Payouts: Affiliates continue earning for as long as the referred member remains subscribed.
• Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, with a 30-day waiting period for new referrals.
• Payout Method: Payments are made via PayPal (affiliates must have a PayPal account to receive commissions).

3. Referral Tracking & Attribution

• Tracking Method: Unique affiliate links are used to track referrals.
• Cookie Duration: Cookies last 60 days—if a referred visitor signs up within this period, the affiliate receives credit (provided the cookie remains intact).
• Last Click Attribution: The last referring affiliate receives credit for the sale.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to promote Marketing Accelerator ethically and professionally. This includes:

• No false claims or misleading promotions. Affiliates may not misrepresent the program or guarantee specific results.
• No paid advertising using our brand name. Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords in search engines or run paid ads using "Marketing Accelerator" or related terms.
• No spammy tactics. This includes unsolicited emails, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing practices.
• FTC Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Marketing Accelerator in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.

5. Termination Policy

Marketing Accelerator reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion. Reasons for removal may include:

• Violation of these terms (e.g., misleading promotions, non-compliance with FTC guidelines).
• Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or artificially inflating conversions.
• Any behavior that damages the reputation of Marketing Accelerator.

The affiliate program may also be discontinued at any time at our discretion.

6. Payment Terms & Refunds

• 30-Day Waiting Period: New referrals must remain active for at least 30 days before commissions are paid.
• Cancellations & Refunds: If a referred member cancels their subscription, commissions for that member will stop.
• No Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates are paid regardless of the commission amount, provided the waiting period has passed.

7. Legal Disclaimers

• No Employer-Employee Relationship: Participation in the affiliate program does not establish an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the affiliate and Marketing Accelerator.
• Terms May Change: Marketing Accelerator reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email.
